Ann Marie Gothard, She/Her
Driven by a profound commitment to visibility and inclusive practices, Ann Marie’s influence extends far beyond the boardroom. As the Co-Founder, President, and Board Chair of Pride Live, she has dedicated her leadership to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and cultivating spaces that honor the community’s history while inspiring its future.
One of her most enduring contributions to LGBTQ+ heritage is her role as co-founder of the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center. As the first LGBTQ+ visitor center within the National Park Service, this landmark stands as a testament to the Stonewall Rebellion and the ongoing fight for equality. Ann Marie’s vision also led to the establishment of Stonewall Day, a global initiative that celebrates the resilience of the community and fosters a deeper international understanding of their legacy.
Ann Marie’s strategic acumen is further reflected in her extensive governance work at the national level. She serves as Board Chair for the Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (ANI) Risk Retention Group, where she chairs the Retirement Assets Committee, and as Board Vice Chair for the National Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (NANI). By integrating her prior senior-level corporate experience with her commitment to organizational excellence, Ann Marie continues to shape the landscape of social advocacy for generations to come.
